How can I know the status of my order(s)?

• Next page will show you all your existing and previous orders placed during the past 3 months.
• Click on the Purchase ID you want to know about.
• Guest users can check the order details by clicking on "Track Order".
• Enter your Email Address and the Purchase ID and click on "Track" button below.

Why have I not received my product yet?
Mostly, all the orders are shipped from our end as per the promised shipment date; however, there may be some unforeseen circumstances, which may affect the shipment or the delivery estimates. In this case, we’ll send an e-mail, intimating you about the issue and the revised shipment/delivery date.

What if I find my package opened or tampered upon delivery?

How do I take advantage of FREE shipping?
•We provide free delivery on orders valued at Rs. 800 or more.

What are the delivery charges?
•General Shipping Rs.60/- all over India up to 500grams. If the Weight of the product is above 500grams shipping charges will be increased by Rs.60/- per every 500grams(e.g Rs.60+Rs.60 = Rs.120/-).

What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery is usually done in 5 – 7 working days. Pre-orders will be shipped upon the delivery of the product, in-case customer is willing to wait and is mixing the pre-orders with any existing in-stock products, all the products will be shipped in a single shipment upon release of the item in Pre-Order, we do not send any multiple or split shipments.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by AdityaMusic?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Aditya Music. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

What do the different tags like" Pre-order ", "Out of Stock" mean?
'Pre-order' or 'Forthcoming'
Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch and will reach you in 4 to 7 business days. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. (Eg.06th April 2016 )

How do i Track My Order?
We will send you an e-mail notification with the shipping details and the Tracking link of the Courier partner website, as soon as the order is dispatched. You need to click the link of the Courier partner website and track it with the tracking code share by our team.

As of now, AdityaMusic doesn't deliver items internationally.
