Change the Quantity

To add or deduct the quantity of a particular item, click in the box where the quantity is mentioned, change the quantity and click on the on "Update My Cart" button. A valid quantity range is from 1 to 10.

Remove an Item

To remove an item from your shopping cart, check the box next to the item you wish to remove and click on the "cart" icon.

How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.

We accept payments made using Visa and MasterCard credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

Debit cards

We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number (optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

What is a 3D Secure password?

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard SecureCode" services, respectively.
The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

What is COD? Is COD available on all products on site?

• COD refers to Cash on Delivery.

• You can pay in cash at the time of product delivery at your door step.

• COD facility is available for limited products on our site.This is strictly a cash-only payment method.

• For Cod Transaction customer will be receiving a ''6 digit'' verification code for the mobile number.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, then we will process your order. You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the we receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. 510123238162084), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered. You will also be notified when the we ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

How do I check the current status of my order?

It’s very simple. Just float your cursor on "My Account" link on the top right hand side of any page. It will drop a list of options for you to select:

• My Wish list
• Track Order
• Logout
1. Registered customers can check the order details by clicking on "My Orders".
2. Next Page will show you all your existing and previous orders placed during the past 3 months.
3. Click on the Purchase Id you want to know the status of the order details.
1. If you checked out as a Guest, you can click "Track Order".
2. Enter your Email Address and the Purchase ID and click on "Track" button below.
3. We will send you an e-mail notification with the shipping details and the Tracking link of the Courier partner website, as soon as the order is dispatched. You need to click the link of the Courier partner website and track it with the tracking code share by our team.

Are there any hidden costs ( Octroi or Sales Tax) on purchase?

No. There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on Aditya Music. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

How to apply Promo Code on an order?

• Go to www.adityamusic.com and select the items you want to purchase.

• When you are ready to checkout, click "Proceed To Pay", the same as our regular checkout.

• On the "Make Payment" page, under the Order Summary, it'll show "Enter Promotion with a box below it.

• Enter your Promotion code in the box, and click on Apply.

What if the product that I ordered is out of stock?

In case a product has gone out of stock temporarily, we will normally need 7 additional working days to deliver it to you. In case a product has gone out of stock for a longer period, we will not be in a position to service it in your current order and we will reverse your payment for that specific product.

You can cancel your order any time prior to its shipment. Cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

What are the delivery charges?

•General Shipping Rs.60/- all over India up to 500grams. If the Weight of the product is above 500grams shipping charges will be increased by Rs.60/- per every 500grams(e.g Rs.60+Rs.60 = Rs.120/-).

•COD Shipping (Minimum billing amout is Rs.360/- that includes shipping charge Eg. Rs.300 +Rs.60.) Rs.120/- all over India up to 500grams

•Free Shipping For Purchase on and above Rs.800/-

What is the estimated delivery time?

Delivery is usually done in 5 – 7 working days. Pre-orders will be shipped upon the delivery of the product, in-case customer is willing to wait and is mixing the pre-orders with any existing in-stock products, all the products will be shipped in a single shipment upon release of the item in Pre-Order, we do not send any multiple or split shipments.

What is Adityamusic's Return policy?

• Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
• If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 040 2475 0080, 040 24751801or email us at customerservice@adityamusic.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the product label and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
• A part from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:
• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging, including the retail box all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
