He lives with his mother (Sarada). He also has elder sister (Khushboo) who he likes very much. He usually gets peeved that the apathy in the society and how it affects in turn. He wants to bring change in the society by implementing a simple formula of extending unconditional help to those who are in need. Stalin stars helping physically challenged children and introduces a multi level helping system, which involves one man helping three others who are in need without expecting anything in return to his help. This revolutionary idea creates a sensation throughout the state. His helping nature brings some trouble to him as well as his family. Certain circumstances make him to go against local MLA (Pradeep Rawat) and his father–in-law Muddu Krishnaiah (Prakash Raj), a Home Minister. They try to attack Stalin in many ways. How Stalin teaches them a lesson and how his multi helping system saves many lives, is to be seen on the screen.
